Request Sacramental Records

To request a sacramental record, please contact the Parish Administrator. To receive your record, you must upload a copy of a valid, signed photo ID. In order to protect the confidentiality of these records, certificates are only issued to the individual named on the certificate or the parent or guardian of a minor child.

Please allow a day or two to find the record. These records, which often include a raised seal, cannot be emailed or faxed. Please call 864-233-7717, ext. 5 for more information.
